About Apex

Engineering Confidence for High-Volume 3C Manufacturing

We design and deliver automation systems that keep electronics production fast, stable, and traceable—from pilot line verification to 24/7 mass production.

Our Story

Founded in 2012 by a cross-functional team of mechanical, controls, and process engineers, Apex 3C Automation started with one goal: reduce line downtime in precision electronics assembly. We began by retrofitting legacy stations for smartphone component makers and quickly expanded into full turnkey lines for consumer devices, communication modules, and compact computing products.

Today, we support manufacturers across Asia, Europe, and North America with machine platforms, custom tooling, vision-guided assembly, and MES-ready data integration. Every project is built around measurable outcomes: higher yield, shorter cycle time, and easier maintenance.

Our Mission

Help electronics manufacturers scale production with precision, repeatability, and transparent data— without compromising flexibility for new product introductions.

Precision by Design

We combine robust mechanics, calibrated motion control, and inline verification to maintain consistent quality at production speed.

Practical Innovation

We prioritize solutions that operators and maintenance teams can use confidently from day one, with clear SOPs and maintainable architecture.

Long-Term Partnership

We stay involved after delivery—optimizing recipes, reducing scrap trends, and supporting expansion plans as product portfolios evolve.
